Complete pancakes

Ingredients and preparation:

  • 1/2 cup of oat flakes
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 2 scoop of Satislent vanilla
  • 1 banana

Blend all the ingredients in a mixer. Put some coconut oil on the fryer and cook the pancakes on medium power. Turn on both sides until they start to be roasted.

Optional: Serve with husked cocoa beans and hemp seeds. Add some agave syrup for extra sweetness.
