Base:
- 1/2 cup of coconut chips
- 1/2 tbsp of cacao powder
- 1 scoops of Satislent Coffee
- 1/2 cup of dry dates
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 pinch of salt
Mix everything in a blender until you get a crumbly and sticky mixture. Press mixture onto the bottom of two glasses and put them into the fridge while you prepare the cream layer.
Cream layer:
- 1/2 cup soaked cashews
- 2 tbsp agavé syrup
- 1 scoop Satislent coffee
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/3 cup vegetable milk
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla aroma
Mix everything in a blender and pour on top of the base layer. Sprinkle some coffee on top store in the fridge until it gets a bit harder.
