Macronutrient Micronutrient Functional

Carbohydrate and fiber base

Sustained-release energy. 44g of carbohydrates per serving, naturally sourced.

Whole grain oats MacroComplex carbohydrates and soluble fiber

The energy backbone of the formula. It provides complex carbohydrates that release energy gradually, avoiding the spike and crash caused by simple sugars, and beta-glucan, a soluble fiber that provides satiety and texture to the shake.

Contributes to: Carbohydrates (44g) · Fiber (7.7g) · Contains gluten

Canarian gofio MacroToasted corn flour · Canarian ingredient

A traditional food from the Canary Islands with centuries of use. Toasting gives it a distinctive flavor and provides complex carbohydrates along with minerals. It is not a trendy ingredient: it is nutritional heritage with its own unique profile.

Contributes to: Carbohydrates · Minerals · Natural toasted flavor

Plant protein

30g per serving (59% NRV). Three sources purposefully combined to complete the amino acid profile.

Pea protein MacroRich in lysine and branched-chain amino acids

The main protein source. It stands out for its lysine and BCAA content. Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass, the maintenance of muscle mass, and the maintenance of normal bones.

Contributes to: Protein (30g, 59% NRV)

Rice protein MacroThe exact complement to pea protein

It's not here by accident. Rice is rich in methionine, the amino acid pea is lowest in; and pea is rich in lysine, where rice falls short. Combining them yields a more complete amino acid profile than either one alone. This is formulation, not filler.

Contributes to: Protein · Complete amino acid profile

Hemp protein MacroProtein plus fiber and minerals

The third protein source. In addition to protein, hemp provides fiber and minerals like magnesium, adding amino acid diversity to the blend. It reinforces the concept of a varied plant-based protein source that doesn't rely on a single raw ingredient.

Contributes to: Protein · Fiber · Magnesium

Quality fats

10g per serving. Monounsaturated, plant-based omega-3, and readily available energy.

Extra virgin olive oil powder MacroOleic acid, monounsaturated fat

The star fat of the Mediterranean diet, here in powder form to integrate into a shake. It provides oleic acid, a monounsaturated fat. Replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats in the diet contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels.

Contributes to: Fats (10g) · Monounsaturated fatty acids

Flaxseed MacroPlant-based omega-3 (ALA) and fiber

One of the most widely recognized plant sources of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), an omega-3 fatty acid. It also adds fiber to the blend, rounding out the fat profile with a component that many diets overlook.

Contributes to: Omega-3 (ALA) · Fiber · Fats

Coconut MCTs MacroMedium-chain triglycerides

Medium-chain fats derived from coconut. Due to their shorter structure, the body absorbs and metabolizes them quickly, making them a fast-acting energy source. This is the reason behind the "natural fast energy" claim on the label.

Contributes to: Fats · Readily available energy

Vitamins and minerals

26 micronutrients added in significant amounts. These are the actual percentages of the Nutrient Reference Value (NRV) per 100g serving.

Vitamin complex (A, C, D2, E, K, B group) MicroEnergy, immunity, bones, and nervous system

Vitamins are not a cosmetic addition: each one serves recognized functions, and all are present in significant amounts. Some highlights:

  • Vitamin D2 (81% NRV): plant-based form. Contributes to the normal absorption of calcium and the maintenance of normal bones.
  • Vitamin C (68% NRV): contributes to the normal function of the immune system and normal collagen formation.
  • Vitamin B12 (47% NRV): key in vegan diets. Contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
  • Folic acid (41% NRV): contributes to normal blood formation.
  • Vitamin B6 (35%), K (35%), A (30%), E (32%) and the rest of the B group complete the spectrum.

Note: being a vegan product, the added D2 (ergocalciferol) and B12 fill the two classic gaps in a plant-based diet.

Minerals (potassium chloride, calcium carbonate) MicroElectrolytes, bones, and muscle function

Minerals added to reinforce what the raw ingredients already provide naturally:

  • Phosphorus (72% NRV) and Calcium (41% NRV): contribute to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
  • Iron (64% NRV): contributes to normal oxygen transport in the body.
  • Potassium (36% NRV): contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system and muscle function.
  • Magnesium (29%), Zinc (39%), Manganese (81%) and trace elements such as selenium, copper, chromium, molybdenum, and iodine.

Contributes to: 12 minerals in a single serving

Choline bitartrate MicroAn often-forgotten essential nutrient

A source of choline, a nutrient that few meal replacements include. Choline contributes to normal lipid metabolism and the maintenance of normal liver function. Its presence is a sign of meticulous formulation.

Contributes to: Choline

Taste, texture, and function

Making sure a complete shake tastes great and is enjoyable to drink is also part of the formulation process.

Cocoa powder FunctionalFlavor plus minerals

It provides a natural chocolate flavor and, along the way, supplies minerals like magnesium and polyphenolic compounds inherent to cocoa. Real taste, with no artificial chocolate flavorings.

Sea salt FunctionalElectrolytes and palatability

It provides sodium and chloride—necessary electrolytes—and enhances the overall flavor. The amount is precisely balanced: 1g of salt per serving.

Xanthan gum FunctionalNatural thickener

The thickener that gives the shake its body and prevents ingredients from separating. It’s what differentiates an enjoyable texture from a watery, lumpy liquid.

Lycopene FunctionalPlant-based carotenoid

A carotenoid naturally present in tomatoes, known for its antioxidant properties. It adds a natural nuance to the formula as a plant compound.

Sucralose FunctionalSweetness without sugar or calories

A sweetener that provides sweetness without adding sugar or barely any calories. It is the reason the product stays at just 0.4g of sugars per serving without sacrificing an enjoyable taste.
