Shipping policy

1. Shipping areas

We currently ship to all of mainland Spain and the rest of the European Union countries. If your area does not appear as available at checkout, write to us at info@satislent.com and we'll look into it.

2. Delivery times

Orders placed before 14:00 are prepared and shipped the same working day. The estimated delivery time is 1–2 working days in mainland Spain (somewhat longer in the rest of the European Union), and it is shown at checkout before you confirm the order. Unless we agree otherwise, delivery will take place within a maximum of 30 calendar days from order confirmation (Article 66 bis of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).

3. Shipping costs

Shipping is free on orders of €50 or more. Below that amount a shipping cost calculated according to the destination applies, shown itemised at checkout before payment.

4. Tracking and incidents

When your order leaves the warehouse you will receive an email with tracking information. If the package arrives visibly damaged, please note this with the carrier at the time of delivery if possible and write to us with photos at info@satislent.com within 72 hours. If the address provided is incorrect or delivery cannot be completed, we will contact you to sort it out.
