Satislent is a real complete meal. It is not considered a meal replacement. Meal replacements are used in low-calorie diets for dietary purposes, so they don't provide the nutrients needed for a feeling of fullness and energy. At Satislent we focus on the quality of the ingredients used for a balanced and complete supply of nutrients.

Everyone finds the time of day when Satislent is most convenient for them. Some people use it as a quick breakfast that gives them energy for the whole morning. Others prefer it at lunch to avoid the "office sandwich", while some find their moment at dinner, stretching their evenings and avoiding heavy meals. You can also keep it as emergency food for hikes, trips or unexpected situations. Some people even choose to eat exclusively Satislent. You decide!

You can prepare it with the shaker that comes free with your first order or with a blender. If you use the shaker, add the water first and then the product. Then shake vigorously so there are no lumps. The amount of water and product can be adjusted to get different calorie intakes or consistencies. It should be stored in a dry place. The most important thing is that the product doesn't come into contact with water or moisture. Once mixed, consume within 2 hours, or within 24 hours if refrigerated.

The best-before date of our products is one year from the production date.

We recommend trying to mix Satislent with other ingredients. You can use a blender for this. Try mixing it with milk, plant-based milk or fruit! Our favourite blend is Satislent vanilla with a banana.

Yes, Satislent is 100% vegan. It contains no animal-derived products.

The ingredients of Satislent in descending order of quantity are: oats, corn gofio, soy flour, Andalusian virgin olive oil powder (maltodextrin, virgin olive oil), pea protein, flax seeds, salt, flavourings, minerals (chromium chloride, sodium selenite, calcium carbonate), vitamins (A: acetate, C: ascorbic acid, vitamin D2, E: DL-alpha-tocopherol, B2: riboflavin, B3: niacinamide, B5: calcium D-pantothenate, B6: pyridoxine, B7: D-biotin, B12: cobalamin), xanthan gum and sucralose.

Yes, Satislent contains gluten due to cross-contamination from the oats and corn gofio.

Satislent is lactose-free. Unlike other similar products that use milk protein, Satislent contains high-quality pea protein.

Satislent contains gluten and soy. Traces of tree nuts and sesame may also be present.

Yes, Satislent contains no genetically modified organisms.

The main ingredients of Satislent (oats and gofio) are considered low in FODMAPs. Other, less prominent ingredients such as pea protein or soy flour are moderate in FODMAPs. Overall, and mixed with water, Satislent can be considered reduced in FODMAPs; however, we recommend taking it with caution and limiting your intake if you follow a low-FODMAP diet.

Satislent has not been clinically tested on people with diabetes. We have received several positive testimonials in these cases, but we recommend consuming it with caution and always under a doctor's supervision if you have diabetes.
